1. About FYDAL Solutions

FYDAL Solutions is a professional organising and decluttering business based in Plymouth, Devon, UK, operated by Elaine Dalton-Fyfe. We offer in-home and commercial organising services tailored to help clients create functional, efficient, and harmonious spaces.

2. Booking & Cancellations

  • Appointments can be made via our website, email, or phone.

  • We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the original quotation.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or approved payment processors.

  • Invoices must be paid within 14 days of receipt unless agreed otherwise.

  • Late payments may incur a late fee as per The Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 which allows businesses to charge interest on overdue invoices. 

  • This interest is calculated as 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

  • The interest accrues from the day after the invoice due date. 

4. Services & Results

  • We aim to provide a high standard of service, tailored to each client's needs.

  • Results may vary depending on the nature of the project and client involvement.

  • We are not responsible for maintaining results after a session unless part of an ongoing agreement.

5. Access & Safety

  • Clients must ensure safe access to the property and a clean, hazard-free environment.

  • We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a session if conditions are unsafe, abusive, or unsanitary, with no refund due.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • We treat all client information and home contents with complete confidentiality.

  • Any photos taken for marketing purposes will only be used with the client’s explicit consent.

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for making final decisions on what items to keep or discard.

  • FYDAL Solutions will not dispose of any items without the client’s consent.

  • Clients are encouraged to be present during decluttering unless agreed otherwise.

8. Liability

  • FYDAL Solutions will take reasonable care during all services.

  • We are not liable for accidental damage to property unless caused by negligence.

  • Clients should advise us of any fragile or valuable items in advance.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, graphics, branding, and images, is the property of FYDAL Solutions and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. External Links
